Jennifer Lopez Pairs a Terry Cloth Set With Glittery Combat Boots

She put her own spin on quiet luxury

Jennifer Lopez’s wardrobe often veers toward total glamour and luxury, but that doesn»t mean she’s above putting her own spin on this season’s quiet luxury trend.

During a lunch date with her 15-year-old daughter, Emme, in Los Angeles earlier this week, the Shotgun Wedding star stepped out in a subtly luxe monochromatic look. The creamy ensemble consisted of a hooded terry cloth zip-up jacket from Jacquemus, which featured a boxy silhouette, a drawstring hem, and large pockets on the front. She paired the top with matching baggy terry cloth pants, plus a large fedora in an oatmeal shade.

While her outfit featured a muted palette, Lopez kicked it up a notch with her accessories: She wore layers of gold chain and medallion necklaces from Foundrae, plus thick gold hoop earrings and a pair of amber-tinted sunglasses. To top it off, the multi-hyphenate stepped out in a glittery silver pair of lace-up combat boots from Betsey Johnson and carried a tiny beige Jacquemus purse.

Lopez used her tiny Jacquemus bag to make a fashion statement last week, when she and husband Ben Affleck enjoyed a casual outing in Los Angeles. At the time, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer played with proportions via a black knit Ralph Lauren sweater, oversize ivory trousers, and her go-to mini purse, which she attached to a long crossbody strap. She finished off the ensemble with white sneakers and her signature gold hoop earrings.
