Due to consistent growth and increased demand, it was in October, 2005 that we relocated our Birmingham depot to large modern unit very close to the motorway network (one mile from J2 on M5).  This well-equipped depot has dramatically increased our efficiency and our ability to get the job done.

In order to provide a rapid checking facility, we have developed an internet-based proof-of-delivery tracking service.  Our account management department ensures that the latest tracking and delivery information is available to clients through a simple, central web-based control panel.  Each client has a unique password giving them instant access to view their own consignments and alleviate them of the need to make phone calls to check on progress.


Staff/Personnel
Our Customer Relations Team collect instructions via email, fax or over the phone and then instigate the service process to achieve the required delivery time.  Checks and measures are built into our systems to ensure that errors and anomalies are kept to the absolute minimum.
