If you choose, you can arrange with your personal account manager to have regular email updates who will be happy to provide you with the progress of your freight at any time
Or, you can use our innovative Point of Delivery (POD) tracking system, accessible via the internet at any time, giving you complete access to every step of your consignments journey.
As soon as your consignment is picked up, it’s assigned a unique reference number which allows you to track where you product is up to its final destination. This can be tracked online 24 hours a day seven days a week. You always know exactly what’s going on and it’s 100% accurate. Each consignment is assigned a unique password so only you can access your goods which mean it’s 100% safe.
Our POD system is completely user friendly and simply to use, allowing you to always track your order with the click of a button.
Staff/Personnel
Our Customer Relations Team collect instructions via email, fax or over the phone and then instigate the service process to achieve the required delivery time. Checks and measures are built into our systems to ensure that errors and anomalies are kept to the absolute minimum.
